王小林，采矿工程专业，BOB·体育综合APP下载讲师、硕士研究生副导师，2023年于北京科技大学博士毕业、师从吴爱祥院士和王洪江教授，主要从事金属矿膏体充填理论与技术相关的科研与教学工作，主攻方向为膏体充填管道阻力特性和磨损特性，发表学术论文30余篇。
